"squeaking" sound

I've had my 4 ft, 5 year old Okeetee corn for about 2 1/2 months now. He feeds very well and seems very healthy. He seems to love being handled and has never bitten. However the last few times I've handled him I've heard a very faint, very occasional "squeak" coming from around his head. It almost sounds like a very faint "fingernails on the chalkboard" kind of sound and only lasts for about 1/2 second. Sometimes you can hear it a couple times a minute but you don't always hear it. He may have been 'squeaking' ever since I've had him but I didn't notice this until just recently. I'm concerned that maybe he has a minor respiratory infection or is this something else??

Thanks for any advice!

Steve
