Thank you :) it was an old fish decoration that i soaked and sanded down all the sharp edges, but he seems to like it. I woke up this morning to find him coiled around the hilt of the sword, went to take a pic but he saw me lift up my phone and immediatly went inside the skull and hid, i turned by back then looked back at him and his head was poked out of the nose on the skull, again went to take a pic and he hid. He knew exactly what i was doing. What a little booger.

i tried to get a few to show off his color however he had a ton of energy. In almost all of the pics that i have taken so far he looks more white then he actually is. He has a very nice orange tint to his sides that I wanted to capture and show. The flash makes it not show up.

My snakes hate flash too!! Consider yourself lucky that you just have a baby that will hide.. a few of my snakes strike at my camera every time I take photos with flash!

I think the best way to get true colors with a low quality point and shoot type camera is to go outside in bright sunlight and snap away. If the bright sun blows out your photos, go to the shade and take some photos.

The sun will usually help you get clearer truer colored images without the need of that darn distracting flash. It looks like your little guy is SMART! He's already learned to associate the flash with your phone. This may seem a little off topic, but go back and double triple check his enclosures for possible escape routes. Keep in mind that no hole is too small.
 
His viv is a 20 gal high fish tank. There is no holes in it. I have watched himtry to reach the top where i have the screen lid and he cant get up that high yet he falls over. I had to move the thermometer though bacsue i had the cord running from under the substrate to the out the lid so i could read it but he climbed the cord straight up teh corner of his cage so i burried the whole cable and stuck the thermometer in the substrate against the front so i could still see it.

@Peanut Lover: i love the skull pic too. its kind of comical and creepy at the same time
