Stretch marks?

Romulan with corn snakes
My normal Het: motley, stripe corn has what apear to be stretch marks on certian parts along his body. it appears that the scales are normal, mabye a little battered looking, but normal in every other way. what IS bizzare is that the skin is white and showing all around the scales. :shrugs: I don't know what it is... Any help? :(
