Stuck Shed

The Cat

New member
Melody shed either last night or while I was at church. I came home and found it, and it looked pretty good. There was no stuck shed until the last centimeter of her tail. I peeled most of it off, but there is the slightest touch of it left.
I tried a wet paper towel, but no luck. Should I just leave it? If not, what do I do?

id try your best again to get it off...
I hate leaving stuck sheds on any longer than they need to be.

Look at the sticky in the health section. Soak her for 20 minutes and see if it comes off, or if you can gently help it. If you leave it, her tail will die. If you help too hard, you'll break the end off. Soak it and be VERY gentle.

Thank you! Totally forgot about that thread!

It worked! Melody absolutely hated it, but after a while, I rubbed my fingers on the spot and it came off. Thank you, Nanci!
