I finished this little guy last night. I've never done a snake sculpture before...but I like how it turned out.
It's polymer clay (sculpey) painted with acrylics.
This little amel has a "V" marking on his tail just like his inspiration. I know it's too short proportionally, but I didn't want to have to find a place for a 3 ft sculpture :p
Kudos to Michael823 for inspiring me!

I don't see anything wrong with the proportions! He's a gorgeous little sculpture and I'm astounded at how dead-on correct the colors are. :D >_> does you take commissions?

Wow, this is so realistic that I thought your 'art' was a picture of a live snake on a piece of tin foil at first :) Well done.

Thanks for all the compliments!

Hmmm...I don't know much at all about shipping...I suppose if someone really really wanted one and they covered all the costs maybe! I am a poor college student with not a lot of free time, but it might be possible!

I thought maybe you were trying to protect your snake from electromagnetic signals!

Very beautiful and realistic sculpture.

Wow! It looks so real. You color matched it perfectly. I love it!!!

PS: I can't believe I got a shout out too :D!
