First off, I do not want to come off rude, but you really need to proofread/spellcheck your posts. Your post was very hard to read, and as a result, you may not get as many replies to your question that you need.
Anyways, with that said, yes you should clean your tank. If the tank was used for saltwater fish, there may be deposits of any number of trace elements on the glass and seals. If this is the same tank that your recently deceased snake was in, then yes you should clean the tank. If you had a brand new tank, you should clean the tank.
As far as cleaning goes, I recommend against cleaning with soap. Most soaps tend to leave a film, no matter how many times you rinse, which may adversely affect your snake. The best two ways to clean the tank are using bleach or clorahexidine. Using bleach, which is the most economical way, and the way I clean tanks/cages, you will want to dilute the bleach. A good ratio is somewhere around 1 part bleach with 6 to 8 parts water. Make sure to rinse thoroughly after cleaning with the bleach solution. As far as clorahexadine goes, I have never used it, but maybe someone else can help (or do a search). Hope this helps.
