I've today switched from wood chip bark to aspen shaving, what can I expect to change from my snake ? also I bought a nice hide with a water bowl type thing on the top to raise humidity and some pebbles for the cool side of the viv looks pretty well now and full!!

How old is your snake? If it's young, you can expect it to be just a little nervous as it checks out the new environment and as such, you might want to give it an abbreviated 'settling in' period as if it was new. Like 2 days or so.

Yeah i was going to do that I've just let it have sniff around, I think i will hold off feeding for an extra day so he can adjust to the new accessories. He is 9 months old(woaaaahhhh 5/6 Months thats gone quickly)
