Hi, i'm Tang...new to snakes but not new to Forums...xD

I had my first encounter with a snake about 10 years ago...I found one under a rubbish sack in the garden, it was a South American Coral Snake & it was gorgeous...I wanted to keep it but instead called the RSPCA...they came out to collect it & went on to rehome him.

Just recently I visited a local garden centre & inside they had a reptile centre...I just had to look...that is where I saw all these baby snakes lol...all different sizes & colours & I desperately wanted one...I came home, looked some stuff up of how to care for Corn Snakes & the following day I went out, got a viv, set it up then went & got my gorgeous little common corn snake, Ivy... She is adorable, she curls up & sleeps on my boob lol...i'll post more shortly but not the ones of her on my boob i'm afraid... xDDD
[Not actually sure if Ivy is a guy or girl, I have to take her back to get sexed soon.]

Hello, Tang, welcome.
Nice that you looked it up before purchasing a snake.
I'm pretty sure that's a real nice looking snake, I like the look of normals a lot. Got any good pics of it without the screen?

Hey Alan...thanks for the welcome. =]

And yeah, it would have been quite irresponsible of me had I not looked it up. xD
And yes, I think Commons have much more of a snake look, not that all the others don't lol...eek...xD
I have a few more but maybe I should post them on my profile page? But heres one more of my daughter holding her...she looks huge but shes tiny...

=P

Niice, I thought so, good looking snake.

That's what I think, also. I like all of the wild-looking snakes. Yet I have an amel?
Thank you...she is pretty...even if she turns out to be a boy lol...and I saw your snake, very handsome...and biiig...I really can't wait for Ivy to grow bigger.
I posted some more pics on my profile by the way. xD
