Tank tempature

Okay, just one more question from a newbie to snakes. I have researched a lot and saw that many different websites/people keep their tanks at different tempatures. I was wondering what tempature is really the best to keep a snake tank at. These are the current tempatures that I currently keep the tank at:

70 degrees at night, 75 degrees during day on hot end of tank

65 degrees at night, 70 degrees at day on cool end of tank

Please let me know if these is a good tempatures. :awcrap:

I second that. I generally recommend a daytime hotspot of 84-85, with a cooler area always available. Some even recommend warmer than this, but this is what works good for me, based on the behaviours of my snakes. They go to the warm end for 2-3 days after eating, then start cruising around. If the hotspot gets above 85-86, the snakes start seeking out cooler temps, even after eating.

I've never bothered with a night temp drop for corns, other than the natural drop in ambient air temperature from day to night (usually about a 5-7 degree difference in my snake room). I don't adjust their heat tape though.
