Why can't I have more?
Hey all!
My sick corn (Katie), whom I haven't been feeding lately because she's sick and I'm giving her time to pass the bug and build up her enzymes again, escaped yesterday.
I was so upset when I noticed she wasn't there! My fiancee was a mess too! So we turned my house upside down and found nothing. Boy did that ever suck! And woudn't you know it I was out of mice so I couldn't set traps with the whole pop bottle trick. So I put out flour at all the door ways so I could at least know roughly where she is. The my fiancee says, "did you look under both couches?" I had checked under one and I guess I forgot about the other in the heat of the moment. So we lifted up the couch and there she was! YAY.
It was so great to find her but now my house is an utter disaster!!!!!!!!!!! ARG!!!!!!! I hate stupid ZooMed lids! I have it taped down with lots of weight on it now! It's kinda funny cuz just a few days ago I was telling someone that this same thing happened to, that their ZooMed Lid shouldn't be the problem (after all, mine hasn't caused me trouble). Boy I'm an idiot!
Anywho, that was my adventure until about 3:30 this morning. Work is gonna be slow today!
