Well, tonight was feeding night (seeing as I missed feeding day a couple of days ago). I got bit by a snake for the very first time. The little male het hypo lav got me on my ring finger. The pair is in shed, so I was really careful with the female. They're just babies, so it didn't hurt, it was actually kind of funny. Poor little guy, I'll give him a complex laughing so hard while he's trying to be tough. Now the other snakes will be thinking they need to bite me to get some respect. I'm going to have an all out riot on my hands. :bang:

HAHA!

I'm sure he'll go stew in his hide and eventually get over the emotional trauma. :)

Welcome to the snake bite club!
I got bit for the first time by Tiaga back in december, after having her for 3 years.
Was totally my fault since I had just fed her and she was still in hunt mode.
But I know that was my first of many in the coming years. Doesn't really hurt a bit does it(that means something coming from a big wuss when it comes to pain!)...lol
