The one on the bottom appears to be a jungle corn...It is not a pure corn though, it is a hybrid...It was made by tricking an albino kingsnake into breeding with an albino cornsnake...

that can be done? wow I have alot to learn :crazy02:. So are hybrid corns basically the same as regular corns? (in size, habitat req. etc.) or do they take on traits from both species?
Oh it can definitely be done. They most often take on traits of both a king and a corn, but can lean one way or the other. Here are pics of my 3 jungle corns:

There are a lot of people who do not like hybrids. I personally like them. And always I like to state that hybrids should ALWAYS be represented honestly. If it is a hybrid, then it needs to be sold as a hybrid!
wow, your snakes look AWESOME! I don't understand why people wouldn't like hybrids.. is it just because they are not pure bred? Either way they look great!
And another reason is because they sometimes get misrepresented by "dishonest" people. I like hybrids, but wouldn't want to buy a snake expecting to get a pure one, only to find out later that it was a hybrid.
That's why I always make the comment about them having to be represented correctly. If someone is buying a hybrid, they should be buying it because they want it...not because someone lied to them!
very true, same to be said with the old argument regarding creamsicles, i do not like to see creamies labelled as corns! here we go I have opened those floodgates again!! LOL
Nope, I agree with you Goldenburm. Too often people buy a creamsicle but don't know what its genetic background is and then that gets mixed into other morphs and they sell the babies as pure and there goes our breeding...
As for jungles, I have a few and they're mostly a little more feisty than the regular corn where the king temperament comes into play. Beautiful though as long as you know exactly what they are. Don't forget, Kings are cannibalistic so they may inherit that trait too...
