Even locking screen lids on aquariums are notorious for having gaps that are large enough for baby snakes to push through so you run a real risk of loosing babies from that kind of set up, especially if the branches come close to the top of the tank. While most people house their snakes individually, they can be housed together, but it is best to wait until they are well established as feeders on rodents, because baby corns can feed on each other. A 35 gallon tank is also quite large for babies, and they may feel more secure and feed better if they are kept in a smaller cage, like a rubbermaid tub.
