Tiny white bugs on egg

Hi everyone, last night I was checking eggs and there was one that had tiny white things moving around on it. I believe egg went bad although it has veins, but there were other eggs in same container a few in which when candling them look infertile but havent went mouldy or bad, they look perfect without looking for veins. I'm using hovabator and have had 21 plus 17 hatchlings so far with no issues. Now I'm a bit concerned about the eggs that are in the incubator, the ones that were in that container as well as the ones in other containers in incubator. I love snakes and reptiles but hate bugs more than u can believe! I have put that egg in its own container in warm shed in case it is alive.
Anyways any idea what they are, how to get rid of them?
And will they kill all my other eggs?
Anyone have eggs hatch that when candling saw no veins?

I use diatomaceous earth (you can get it in feed stores and in gardening stores or online) as bug control in my egg containers with good results

It needs to be 'food grade' not 'filter grade' I just sprinkle it in the containers. I also use it in the snakes tubs to control those little phorid flies
