No, just make sure you have lots and lots of hides in there.

On the other hand, you could put multiple smaller tanks in the same space as one large tank, and that means---MORE CORNS!! :crazy02:
 
Lots of hides help, but for the least amount of stress, a smaller enclosure for babies should be used. I use rubbermaid shoeboxes until they get bigger and then into a 15 gl or 20 gl. if they are calm.

I'd have to agree. I've read a lot about how a large enclosures can creat more stress on a small snake.
