I spent a whopping $35 at the reptile show yesterday (not including admission) and came home with two angry little hatchlings. Meet my little trinket snake:
I was pretty disappointed that he only had hatchlings. I wanted at least yearlings, but oh well. $15 for the house (f), $20 for the trinket (m)...I couldn't really complain.
I was soooo close to getting an MBK too, but all they had were scrawny little hatchlings and they were charging $45. That's a pretty good price, but I don't like hatchlings. When I join the MBK club, it will be with an early '06 or older.
I just realized that the trinket is in blue...I was thinking he looked a little dull.
I wish I could have gotten some better pics of the house snake, but she just wouldn't settle down. She was striking at everything and kept trying to leap out of my hand. The trinket was striking too, but at least he stayed put.
