So my couple has done it again. EVERY time my female lays eggs, they go to waste. Well today I got home from work and there was just ONE egg in there. I put it in abut a Qt sizt tupperware container with moist paper towels, then covered it with foil to keep humidity in. put some holes in it and put it under the area where my basking lamp is in the tank. This is the poor mans way of doing this. problems of my past experiances were always the bedding drying out, Ive tried moss and it just wouldnnt work.
Any SIMPLE info or help would be appreciated. a differant substrate perhaps thatll hold moisture? should i be ok turning the light off overnight? or keep it on throuth the night and just water daily? if she drops more eggs should i put them in with this?
her previous clutches were i think 9 and 10 eggs. always dried out though.
