Sorry about the strictness of this requirement, but it is necessary to block spammers and scammers at the door as much as possible.

trying to escape

pdrsnakes said:
Why does my female corn always try to escape at night? Is she just active or looking for a mate?

Well, corns are nocturnal, and are most active at night. And apart from eatingg, and hiding, they are usually searching for a way to get out of the viv! They'll go around the whole viv, stretching to the top and climbing over everything. And if they can't find a way, they start again.

Caution though, as they are always looking to get out, if there is is any means of escape, they WILL find it. So make sure your viv is fully escape proof :)

Hope this helps.

And again:
Corns are well know to be excellent escapologists. It's absolutely normal behaviour - just make sure she can't actually get out.
