Tub rack flexwatt question

Ok so I am about to build my sterilite tub rack and I cannot find the information I found once before. What width and length of flexwatt would you all suggest for a 76qt sterilite tub? I have the t-stat and everything ready to go minus my flexwatt. Thanks for the suggestions and help in advance.

Ive always heard that it is about 1/3 of the bottom of the tank. What are the dimentions of the tub? Also, how warm is your home? Ive found that flexxwatt doesnt get as hot as reptitherm or something, If you will have 3 snakes and habitats or less I would suggest getting a glass or waterproof wood or melamine vivarium and a more powerful heating pad.
 
Imm looking at 4 or more corns, and I already have 1 lav corn and 4 hypo brooksies.... need to go to tubs.
