Tubs

So I’m building my first rack and had some questions about tubs.

Sterilite seems to be very popular. My only concern is, it’s not flat at the bottom. Only the outer edges touch the heat tape. Is this minimal contact sufficient to heat the tub?

I like the Vision Tubs CB-70 / V-70 since they’re completely flat. I will be using these for the adults

I also want to build a hatchling rack.

Vision offers
V-15 hatchling tub
18" x 5" x 3.5" tall

But I feel it’s too long for what I had in mind. I would prefer something around 12” in length.

They also offer
Small Mouse Tub
12" x7.5 x 4"

Do any of you know if this is also flat just like the CB-70?

Also are there any other Tub Manufacturer that also have flat bottoms like the Vision Tubs that I should look into?

Thanks!
