Two babies different...

These are two babies that were different from the rest, and in alotta ways, from each other. Any guesses?
They were hatched much smaller than the others, but are starting to catch up.
The female has a somewhat diffused lateral patern like mom.

Thanks for looking,
Mark

These are pure keys. Mom was with two different males. Mom may be hypo or something? All the parents were collected by me a few years ago. So the line is pure, genetics unknown. One dad has belly checks, the other one slightly at middle lengthwise but only on one side. Mom has none but is red speckled from just before vent to tip of tale. The female baby pic2 has a clear belly. The boy has the speckles

These look like ghosts to me. I don't really see much Upper Keys influence in them, but then, my eyes aren't what they used to be and the images are fairly small. Photos of the parents would help (all 3 please) as well as the normal siblings for comparison. Belly photos would be really nice as well. If you want, for comparison, my caramel Upper Keys clutch is hatching right now. I have photos of the first 2 hatchlings out, with ventral shots. I also have some normal Upper Keys het anery caramel and hypo Upper Keys het anery caramel hatchlings. Yes, these are outcrossed to get the genes, but Rich (breeder of my parent stock) has done a great job at selecting the ones that still have the main characteristics of the "pure" Upper Keys (light color and minimal checkered belly) as all of the hatchlings I have produced show them as well. I may even have an amber Upper Keys, but need to wait until it emeges from the egg to verify it.

Kastanie hatchlings, apparently, stem from Keys Corns. They are born rather "Anery like" and grow into a more colorful snake. Am wondering if that is a possibility of what is going on here.
