Here`s the "Story".... My Boss` Mom died a couple of months ago. After she passed, my Boss` sister gave their dad (the Widower) two dachshund puppies from her dog`s litter thinking the companionship would ease his loneliness. He said He was gonna "Try" the pups- and he did for about 10 days. During those 10 days, He brought the pups to the Kennel where I work and I got to Love on & Play with them. He kept telling Me," I just don`t know if I want dogs, I have a cat & that`s really enough for me." Well, He called Me yesterday and asked if I wanted the puppies. Everyone who really knows me, knows that dachshunds are my absolute favorite dogs. Sooooo, I said "YES"......

Daniel has named the boy Mozart. The little Girl is Tempest.

Cute! I grew up with dachshunds. After my parents' last one died, they were in their 70's, and someone thought they needed a puppy, so they got another LH dachshund, but they just couldn't deal with puppyhood any more, so they sent her back to the breeder.

Well- have fun with two puppies!!
