Well I woke up this morning and checked on my snakes and I apparently was right about my imported Viper Boa being pregnant. There were two stillborns in the tub with her when I checked on her at about 11:30 and I didn't see her birthing anymore. I'm a little worried because with these little guys 10 is about what should be expected and if I only saw two I'm hoping she isn't bound. I talked to Jerry Conway about it and I'm waiting to see what happens, but I'll keep ya'll posted as I know more.:(

I knew this would be viper news before I had opened up the thread. Sorry to hear about this dude. I hope she doesn't have any more still borns in her :(

Thanks Elle. Yeah they're kind of my main focus at the moment so this is really upsetting, but right now I'm just trying to keep busy with schoolwork and my job so the waiting until Monday doesn't seem quite so awful.
 
I hope it all works out ok - thats so sad about the stillborns. Hopefully you will have a couple of new babies in the end though!
 
Well I checked in on her tonight and it was a pretty gruesome sight. There were 12 more stillborns which brings it to 14 total so far. I'm pretty bummed out right now and I was really hoping that at least a few would make it but to no avail. I thoroughly appreciate everybody's thoughts and sentiments during this time and right now my attention is no longer on getting any live babies but hoping that Angel makes it through this ok and recovers from such a harsh birth.
