Turns out its nothing contagious, and nothing hereditary.

Looks like he just wasn't meant to be. :( Poor guy. The vet said he probably wouldn't have lived another month with what condition his liver was in.

From the vet: liver was pale and fatty, didn't look like a liver, a lot of free blood in membrane between body wall and body cavity, a major vein blew out, gut was fine, heart was fine, lungs were fine, thinks its an aneurism or liver malfunction-clotting factor probably caused bleeding. Nothing contagious noticed.
 
Good news I guess, but still sad, hope the little guy wasn't in too much pain. good luck with the rest :)
 
The rest are doing just fine, eating like pigs, and happy as can be. I am still sad though, as the one that died was my holdback. :( Ah well.
 
Yeah, it's tough to lose a baby. There are those that are just not cut out to survive. You gave it the best chance it had so don't beat yourself up too much.
