my yearling corn just started bleeding from the tip of her tail
Does anybody have any advice on how to stop the bleeding? I dont have access to anything like tamodine or anything
please reply

It was most likely because of stick shed or something fell on it.
You can try gauze or if you have band aids take the gauze off them.

It seems to of stopped itself now.
The wound is too small and awkward to put any gauze on...
Should I sterilize the tank instead?

Use paper towels for a bit while cleaning the tank with hydrogen peroxide for until it heals. And keep cleaning it with 3%(10% is for scale rot) hydrogen peroxide.

Not to say the above isn't good advice, I'm sure it is.
I would simply change to paper towel substrate, and keep the envrionment very clean. If its a small wound it will probably heal on its own just fine, and depending on the temperment of the snake you may upset it (and risk opening the closed over wound) by attempting to clean the wound.
I'd say its a judgment call. Have you determined why your snake started to bleed in the first place? Did a piece of decoration perhaps fall on the tip of the tail, or has there been a recent shed? As important as making sure of a full recovery, is making sure it doesn't happen again.
