Ventral Scales not Shedding

Prime Minister of Hyrule
Yesterday my normal corn shed. Face scales/eye caps/tail tip/dorsal scales all came off. Ventral scales are still stuck. I put him in a Tupperware lined with wet paper towels for a while then back in his Viv. I checked again today and they are still on there.

What do I do?

I would give him a bath. Water in a plastic bin that he can hold his head up to breathe in, and water not hot nor cold, remember they are cold blooded so what would be a delightful soak to you may be the makings of "corn chowder" for him. (Sorry, couldn't resist!!!)

Soak about 20 minutes and take a washcloth, wet it and very gently rub it back and forth to try to get those pieces loose. Also, hold the snake and pull the washcloth down his body, using your thumb to sort of rub these areas too, this way you will have complete control over the snake. It is a tedious process sometimes, but once the shed is totally wet it is much easier to remove.
