OKay, my vivarium has, since being varnished.
Stood in garage for 3 days, in my warm lounge for 5 days, and had a desk fan pushing air through for 5 days. The last one should have really aired it.
Will yacht varnish ever stop smelling completely. I'd say the odur is less 'fumey' and more of a 'smell' now. I.e. when you paint a house it smells toxic and bad, a few weeks later it just smells new. If you know what I mean.
I'm not gonna take chances, I'm gonna leave for longer. Just wanna know.
* Is the 'smell' really bad for snakes, and if so why?
* Will the varnish ever have no smell. I know some people say 3 weeks, but surely with a large fan on it 24/7?
Ideas?
