If you are using Windows, you can make the pics smaller using the Paint program
 
If you don't want to shrink them manually, you can get a free account at www.photobucket.com or you can use www.imageshack.us which doesn't require an account (but if you get a free one, you can delete/rename/move your pics - otherwise your uploaded pics stay uploaded).

You select the pics from your hard drive, and it resizes it for you automatically. Then all you have to do is link the URL here.
