Weird color change - worried/life span?

Vicki H.
I have a beautiful orange and dark orange female corn with yellow coloration on her belly. I also have a very handsome dark red and orange male. I fed them last night. They usually eat the same amount as they are the same size. The male ate 2 adult mice, the female only 1. She was totally uninterested in the second. Her coloring looks weird to me - like her bands aren't really distinguishable (and they've always been really outstandingly distinguishable) and she has stripes. The yellow on her belly is white. She looks like she might be about to shed, which would explain the appetite, but the color thing is not what she usually looks like prior to a shed. Any ideas? I've had her for 5 years, bought her as a juvenile, and she has never had a health issue. What is their life span? I hope she's not dying.

I'm not sure if that's good news or bad! At least she isn't dying of old age, but I'm worried about her color.
