I'm utterly pathetic when it comes to genetics and morphs and things but I'm gonna guess at something along the lines of a caramel.

I would say its just a brown anery and the petshop called it a chocolate corn just to make it sound more appealing. I doubt a caramel would find its way in a petshop.

It's possible it could be a brown anery (though the ones I've seen aren't that dark), or it could also be an emoryi rat or emoryi cross. To be honest, I am not particularly familiar with emoryi rat/cross distinguishing characteristics, but one of my friends had a snake like that which was sold as a chocolate corn and turned out to be an emoryi rat.

Incidentally, here's a pic of a brown anery A as an adult:

Brown anerys are anery A's.

As far as charcoals vs anery A's go, I'm not that great at distinguishing the hatchlings, but usually by the yearling age I can tell pretty well. My best guess is that your first one is more likely to be a charcoal than the second, though.

Hey ROACHMAN

I have a 2001, 1.0 corn snake which was originally sold as a Charcoal--a friend gave it to me, because it was too ill-tempered. It's colors are almost exactly like the corn in the close up photo you have--you know, the one that is on the astro-turf.
My snake even has yellow down its throat. Here is a photo of it as it appeared when I first got it.

age

well aparently that snake is 4 years old already , so it is fully grown although i dont always agree with the petshops on that one...but it is not a baby and not even a yearling that is for sure i would put him at about 2 years...
well guys according to the web that looks like a emoryi rat or emoryi cross as KAT said...or should i say the sites that i looked into would put that in the emoryi class

Hey Gregg, that one does look like a charcoal to me. It has the more muted colors I'm used to seeing on charcoals...

Maybe I'll get better at distinguishing charcoal vs Anery A hatchlings once I hatch out some this coming spring... ;) That is, assuming the male is up for breeding duty...

here another

heres another of a close up ....without the flash ...so this is more the true colour ...this is just after a shed ...nice colours hey :)

Yours looks like a brown aneryth A to me. Many aneryths that I have bred, and a few I've kept, tend to be more brown than black. The pic is of a 2001 aneryth A female. Her Daddy is even lighter. And these are my favorite color aneryths. You have a very pretty one!
