Weird tunneling behavior?

Derp snake says hi.
Today I changed Loki's aspen and gave him clean water, and when I put him back in, he was acting really weirdly. He was slithering along the edge of his viv and turned sideways kind of, like he was going to go belly up, and then he would burrow into the aspen and come up. When he got to the glass end, he poked at it a little and then did the same weird belly up thing.

I'm *really* worried. I need to go get some more mice at EBV but I don't think that will be until tomorrow or Wednesday. he really needs to eat, it's been 15 days now. I'm really worried about him ._.
 
Well...as dumb as this sounds, I went back in shortly after posting this and he was shedding! :laugh: He was just trying to get it started.

This is his third shed in four months. I'm beginning to think he may not be an adult.
 
its not anything bad whenever i take out my corn or disturb him he gets really active and slithers on the side of the tank the turns around and burrows and resurfaces he'll do this 2-20 times before he slither's into his hide
