What color is he? Im not that good at naming colors but someone said he looks like a Miami phase!! Is that true? Here is a picture its not that good but it will have to work lol!!

Well, a lot of very young normals look like Miami-phase corns because the yellows and oranges haven't filled-in on their ground color. Yours looks Miami-ISH now, but the amount and intensity of the orange between the saddles on his neck lead me to believe that he will not turn out to be a Miami-phase. He's a nice looking snake. :)
 
As Dean said, he has too much ground colour to be a miami, however he is a lovely little classic/common/normal coloured corn.
