For breakfast I had a mug of hazel nut flavored coffee, 2 handfuls of gourmet trail mix (usually macadamias, cashews, almonds, dried pineapple, dried mango, pecans, raisons, and gluten-free dark chocolate chips, but Rick had left mostly almonds in the bowl from last night...so I ate it....). And 3 pieces of uncooked pasta. I usually split a banana with my 2 pet rats, but when we are out of banana I give them pasta for a treat. And I like raw pasta too...sometimes...
For lunch I had Palak Paneer over rice.
