we sprayed these guys down last night around 1 am before we went to bed. next thing i know the male jumps from the top of the cage down to the female. luckily Lacie had time to grab the camera.

Hey Abcat, don't sell yourself short, newts are great as well. You just can't hold them. These guys as well, I have a pair in a 38 gallon tank and I do not hold them. If I do, its for a short period and back they go in the tank. And also who says you cant get some of these guys later on??

My parents; for the next FIVE YEARS!
Patients is a virtue, I got my first corn snake in my 40's. And after you are able to move out and get your own Geckos and breed them, you will know more about herps. If possible, join a local herp society near you and drag your parents along. :)

I hear ya though.. I want some Cresties and my wife says no LOL... too many critters... dogs, bunny, rats, bp's, corns... yeah I get her point... but they are so darn cute!!!
