What genetics computer programs are out there?

I like torturing genetics computer programs. :D So far I've played with Mick Spencer's corn snake progeny predictor, the Genetics Wizard, and the GnP calculator. What others are out there?

I particularly want to find a program that can do the following one locus problem from the lab mouse:

a*+ (a with plus as superscript) = normal
a*bt (a with bt as superscript) = black and tan
a = nonagouti
a*e (a with e as superscript) = extreme nonagouti

a*+//a*e x a*bt//a

Any suggestions?
