When I got my motley, I was told he was an amel. motley. However, his eyes are brown. He has a pure white belly. Here are some pics:

What do you think he is? Is he a Ultramel Motley? Just a normal Motley?

I'm thinking of breeding, and would like to know his morph when I choose the female.

I agree, normal motley and a BEAUTY at that! I wouldn't rule out hypo motley either, a friend has one that looks just like him!
 
Motleys don't have to have black. As a matter of fact, black is usually reduced. Out of the 3 motley normals that I've owned, only one had any black, and then only some little bits of it.
 
I have a Normal Motley and he's that colour (all oranges, no browns apart from the eyes). An Amel would have orange or red eyes.

Wish mine had markings that were as nice as your guy's! He's a stunner.
