Reverse Okeetees are amels with thick white borders. The colors will be the same, but ROs were selectively bred for the thick white borders.

I got a snake from Craigslist that looks exactly like yours, I asked exactly the same question (about possibility of being RO), and got exactly the same answer - amel! :) When you see a Reverse Okeetee, there is no question...
