I just picked up this female that is about 2 years old, What locality does she look like to you all? Thank you.

The only history I have on her is that she changed about 4 or 5 hands in her couple years of life and she is very tempermental.

Yep. 99%+ of corns in captivity are captive bred, and from parent stock that aren't locality at all. I'd call that one a normal or "classic" if you prefer.
 
Agree with the others, if you don't know for sure, then she is just a normal corn snake, no way to ever be able to call her a locality.
