or do i have to go to a vett?

It would be best to go to a vet as this way you will get facts instead of guesses. However, some people can tell by the shape of the tail just behind the Vent. In order to do this, we will need to have pictures of the belly showing just above the Vent to the tip of the tail.
 
Hmm im far from being an expert but she might be a female but i could be wrong

you best bet would be to have you snake probed to exactly find out what sex he/she is
 
I would recommend you take him to a vet...Then you can confirm it is a male...That's what I would say it is based on those tail shots...
