I would think plain anery A..... quite light species or ghost, quite dark species... I do think yellow is not preferred/usual in anery b's, at first missing yellow even was proclaimed to be a charcoal feature but a significant amount of them does develop yellow when aging, was found out later. I'm not sure about how many of them actually do, so 'hoping' this one is a charcoal with yellow might be too much to wish for, or not.... only testbreeding would help you out for sure!

i would say anery too...
too light to be a charcoal, too dark to be a ghost.

the yellow leads me to believe he may even be a hybrid...
all anery looking hybrids i have seen have that tell tale yellow.

second glance, hes not a hybrid...
dont mind me, i talk sh*t a lot of the time :)

but i was right in saying any anery coloured hybrids i have seen (which isnt many) did have that yellow....

anery lack the red/brown pigments so its hard to believe he is anery... maybe type b?

What hybrids have you been looking at? Almost ALL regular anerys have that yellow on them.

king X corn
like i said only a few...

but all the anerys i have seen havent got that yellow, including mine...

like i said though dont mind me :)

Here's a comparison shot of an suspected Anery (top) and a confirmed Charcoal (bottom).

I also wanted to add...

This statement:
anery lack the red/brown pigments so its hard to believe he is anery...

is incorrect. At least in regards to the brown pigmentation.

should i expect my anery to develop the yellow pigments later on in life?

Probably. Ussually they have no yellow as babies, but most of them develop yellow later on... It sorta looks like they crawled through mustard.

Like I said, most of them will develop yellow later on, even if there is none now. But maybe he will be one of the few anerys without it :shrugs:

I vote on a light anery a. Tula, your anery will probably develop yellow, it can be difficult to find an anery without it. You may not see it yet because he is still small, give it a couple months and you might see some yellow start to peek through ;)

Looks like the vote is a anery a .. so for me to find out forsure i would have to breed him with a hypo a and see if i get ghosts eh ?

May be nicotine stains.:sidestep:

Better to get him off the 'boro's before you start breeding him.:grin01:

Hmm or hypo c and i might get ice ghosts <<< lookin at the progeny predictor program :)
It is unlikely that he is a hypo "c" (or lava), if you bought him as a ghost. You can breed him to a hypo het anery and you would get all hypos (with some being ghosts) if he is actually a ghost. Or you can breed him to a ghost. If he is a ghost, you would get all ghosts.

A smal input! :-offtopic

not all anerys (even a:s) devellop alot of yellow. I have a adult girl that just have a few yellow markings

this is all:
