What i did.. When i got mine..
I held him just before i put him in the tank/viv for the first time.
Left him a week/2 weeks to settle in.. Then i started to handle him daily, or very other day for 5 minutes... then each week, gradualy adding minutes.
Make sense? Get more advice of other people though

the best advice you can be given right now, is:
1) stop posting,
2) start reading.
These multiple posts do not attract the more experienced members of the site as they just make you appear to be someone who can't be bothered to research. Use the search button, read the FAQ's. All the answers you need are there. All you are going to get if you continue on in this way is bad advice, as the people with all the good advice won't even open your threads.
I appreciate that sometime we are panicked, we can't find the answer we need, we want a real person to respond to us. However, you can't expect to be spoon-fed every last detail. Go. Read. Learn.
