You decide to write that book, I'd love to see a chapter on the Corn snake trade when you decided to sell babies and how it's evolved to it's current state.
I often wonder if there is a saturation level or if it will only keep growing? It seems as if the main interest in the hobby is in breeding. Will there ever be too many breeders and not enough buyers?

I actually started a book a while ago. Got to the introduction and just never got back to it. One of these days....... But since publishers list books in alphabetical order by author, I don't think it would be a big seller since it would always be on the bottom of the list. ;)

As far as the saturation problem, heck I worry about that every year. Price seems to be the controlling factor. The lower the price goes, the more people will buy something. Of course, there reaches a point where it is not economically feasible for a breeder to stay in the business. But hobbiests will always be able to sell off their animals. As long as they don't think they are going to get rich selling them, that is.
