so i just got my cornsnake 2-3 weeks ago and he hasnt eaten since i got him. i know that snakes can go a long time without eating but how long before i should start worrying? i have a baby charcoal corn that is about 10 inches long.

If the snake is that long, it sounds like it was recently hatched. By the same token, it might not even be an established feeder yet. You can safely wait a month or more before really worrying. Where did you get it from. If it's from a breeder, find out if it even was fed by them before being sold. If it's a petstore, you probably got a neonate that hasn't had more than a meal or two. Sometimes it takes a bit to get youngsters to eat. Hopefully you can get it going, although you might have to try some tricks to get it feeding. Try the search function to find out more about difficult feeders.
