To me, 'normal' is weird
I have a 2 1/2 common female that I hope to breed with a Key's corn in the Spring. But is this too early? Or should I wait until '07?

Size is more important than age, but the general rule is 3 yrs/300 grams. Everyone has their own opinions on this.

Alright well I think I need to beef her up quite a bit... but we'll see how it goes. I'll keep 300g in mind

i also heard length had a lot to do with it.
Aren't you the guy that was feeding pinkies to your 2 1/2 year old snake? (if so, i would wait)

If she is the one you've talked about that has been eating pinks until now, I think you will need to wait a year or two to make sure she's at a healthy weight. I don't think she'll be ready this coming spring.
