when to move up mouse size

hello.
I have a corn snake which is not quite a yearling yet but he is 28 inches and i am not quite sure whether to move up his food item to a hopper yet or not because im not sure that he is satisfied with 2 fuzzies per week. The fuzzies do not leave a big bump in his stomach at all but i dont want to damage the snake by trying to feed him food to big for him. Plese help!!
 
Is he eating the two fuzzies at the same time? If so, he is plenty ready for hoppers. I'd say, pick the smallest hopper you can find and try him on it.
 
he is not at the moment but i will tonight and for a few weeks till i have no more fuzzies and then il move up size. thanks
