where do you get your feeders from

I personally go down to the ol' reptile store and buy a month's supply at a time. If i was to make a bulk order it would have to be in advance. In my case its a little funny because I have an adult and a baby so it would be a little awkward to have a big ol' bag kicking around in my freezer with the pizza pops.

I usually pay around 75cents per pinky and a 1.20 per mouse. I heard its cheaper to buy in bulk but I'm not too fond of mass frozen mice, they tend to lose limbs and look funny after a while.

I love having a big 'ol bag of dead mice in my freezer! I can't tell you how many babysitters have nearly tossed their cookies while scavenging for food at my house. :D

Then when they ask about them later I always say that they're welcome to snack on the mice if they like, and to try them with ranch dressing.

I know... There's something wrong with me. lol

If you can and are not squeamish you can breed your own mice and cut out the middle man. If I ever started to breed my own (for the love of the hobby of course) I would likely have a cage of mice.

I'm not familiar with the Ontario area but I would go to the local herp store and see if they can give you hand.

I buy from www.themousefactory.com the mice are fabulous and I was very pleased with the quality. They come in various size packs depending on the size mouse. I used to buy from the pet store and the quality difference is incredible....I will never buy elsewhere.

I usually get mine from reptile shows... maybe you can find a reptile show near you. I would order online but our schedules vary day to day and I don't really want a box of frozen rodents sitting outside in the hallway of the apartment complex before one of us gets home...
