Hi, does anyone have a recommendation for a decent inexpensive scale to weigh corn snakes and ball pythons?
 
Do you have a Walmart near you?
I picked up a nice digital scale that weighs up to 11lbs, for $30. I'm pretty happy with it. They had a coupe other, less expensive ones, but I chose this one.
 
Just some other suggestions, Kitchen supply stores like Smart and Final (if they have those is MA..) CostCo , and my personal favorite CraigsList lol. You could always walk your snake into a deli and plop him on their scale lol. Walmart's most likely your best bet.
 
Yes, i'll check Walmart. I've been there around 3 times the past week picking up other reptile supplies, but keep forgetting about the scale. Thanks to everyone for responding.

@Bammer: Hah hah @ the deli scale joke. Is that a butter on your avatar? That yellow is really bright! If you don't mind, could you post larger pics? I just bought a butter and i'd like to see the potential coloration :)

The Dude Abides, Amel Motley... Just fed him so Im not gonna pull him out, this is the only pic I have at the moment that gives you a good look at him (taken through the mesh top of feeding tank)

I am not totally sure the cap on mine, I think its around 3000g. But I got it on sale at Bed Bath and Beyond, I think...
 
WHERE at Walmart?

Went to Walmart but could not find them even with an employees help. What Department are they in?
