Well, the day has come! My fiance bred two of his corns and got an amazing 20 egg clutch from a first time breeding female on July 31st.

The pairing was supposed to be a Phantom het. diffused, anery x Charcoal het. ???. However, since there's some normals in the bunch, it appears that the female is actually Anery A, not Anery B. :)

We're trying to figure out the rest of the genetics of the babies...we're thinking that the female is possibly het diffused as well based on this baby...some babies are pretty dark, too. Anyone have any thoughts?:

Here's some pictures of the dam (Anery) and sire (phantom).

Thanks for looking! :)

The baby you've highlighted is not diffused, but is displaying the Masque trait, which is probably got from the dad. I don't see any babies in the pile that suggest charcoal, nor any hypos so you've mostly ruled her out as being het for those.

Awesome, thank you for the input. :)

Looks like the babies in this clutch are:

Normal het Anery, Charcoal, Hypo, ph Diffused
Anery het Charcoal, Hypo, ph Diffused (some expressing the Masque trait)

:)

Some babies are starting to go in blue - individual pictures will be posted soon! :D

Pictures incoming...pic heavy

Pictures! Unsexed at the moment. DA014 took a pretty nice head shot, though. DA001 through DA004 are currently hold backs for the time being. :)
