It could be. She said it was not aggressive at all. I told her she should have picked it up. She is not afraid of snakes.

I am a newbie at owning a morph corn. Allie is maybe less that a year old. Growing up on a farm I know what garder, hognose, and the bull butt hole bull snakes are. I even caught and healed a blue racer as a child when one of my dogs brutally tore it apart. These forums are so awesome because we can discuss things about types of snakes I have never heard of. This so called King snake looks so much like a rat or corn snake. I wish I was the one to have came across it. I would have picked it up but let it go because it was born in the nature. Thank you all. Please keep posted. I love seeing the comments.

I've seen it stated cin a few places that there are no more corns in Illinois. Bummer this isn't one. It'd be cool to have them in my home state!
