Wound on my Corn's tail...help please!

I got this corn along with two others about two weeks ago as a "rescue" sort of. I checked her out that night and looked her over but somehow missed this. She is eating and I handle her and it doesn't seem to bother her but i'm worried about it a little bit. What do you guys think? It appears to be "dried out" or healed up for the most part, but I wanted to know if you guys think I should seek any medical attention for her.

I think I would put antibiotic ointment on it, soak her in weak tea-colored Betadine water, wait for her to shed. I am guessing it will need a couple sheds to heal.

Thanks Nanci, I figured you'd have some good advice for me. I'll try all of that and update you all if anything gets worse or better. It honestly doesn't seem to bother her at all...and I almost left it alone and didn't worry about it, but would have hated to have it worsen when i could prevent that.
